This is like "happy powder"! As a graduate student, I have been a fan of "Mind Care" by Himalayan formulas. Shankhpushpi is reputed to be their "secret ingredient". It is also called "Dwarf Morning Glory". (Check out the peer reviewed publications on this stuff.) Frankly, there are so many horribly fraudulent or incompetently produced "extracts" - that are flooding the market from foreign sources. It is sometimes wiser to find a worthy company that can get you the real herb (non-extracted) in a powder form. It takes a lot of skill to find a fresh powder, free from impurities and mold spores.
