Good value, good pizza
I’m really happy with the blue steel version of this pan. I’ve been baking pizza for about a year using a pizza steel, but this pan makes the process much easier overall.The crust turns out beautifully—nice and golden brown—and the pizza slides off the pan effortlessly. I’ve been using about 400 grams of bread flour at 70% hydration, and the results have been fantastic so far.The pan is also very well-built and easy to clean. My only complaint? I’m eating way too much pizza

This pan is heavy duty and make awesome pan pizza. It can handle super high temps. Cleans right out.

Not the original Detroit Style pizza pan but works well
I have the original Detroit Style pizza pans, both small and large and have made some very good pizza in them. I purchased this one with the hopes that clean up after making the pizza would be a little bit easier. I am excited to say that I used it 2 days ago. The pizza was as good as ever and the non-stick nature of this pan made clean up fairly simple(no scraping to remove the crusted, burned on dough. I recommend it highly unless you are just a Detroit Style purist.

Best pizza pan!
It is what you want when you are making a Detroit pizza. The pan is made very well it is heavy so it will withstand high heat which is what you need to make that perfect crust.

A Great Pizza Pan
This pan is great for Detroit style pizza. Feel free to pile on the cheese confidently as removing the pizza after cooking will be as easy as pie. Clean up is a breeze. A little soapy warm water and a dishcloth is all that is needed. Nothing sticks to this pan. The pan is worth every penny and I look forward to using it for many years.

Pan coating detaching
I have used thenpand 2x and have the non- stick coating detaching. Great pans to make this style pizza or bread. Just unfortunate that using certain spatulas easily remove the coating.
