Q: Does it run true to size?

Yes, I thought it ran true to size. I ordered the 8 1/2 in the widest width and they fit my feet quite nicely. 81/2 extra wide is what my feet measure. I am very happy with them!

Q: I have a pair of Aragon dress shoes and the soles are disintegrating. Is there anything I can do?

I really don't know why this would happen. I have two pairs of these shoes and one pair is over 8 years old and still looks like new. They are the most comfortable dress shoes I have ever worn.

Just discovered yesterday that the sole on my two pairs of Mayas had crumbled. They are over five years old, but are rarely worn. They just deteriorate sitting on the closet shelf - argh!

Q: Has anyone had the heel crumble? I've worn mine for dress up for years but I've been told they cannot be resoled.

I have had five pairs of Aravon heels and soles just begin to crumble and leave rubber residue where I was walking! Two pairs last week that were like new! Is there any thing that can be done to protect the rubber so this doesn't happen?
