These are exactly what they are portrayed to be in the description. Nice solid chunks of metal. If you want to level your Silverado/Sierra out, these will get it done. Remember you'll need to get an alignment done before you'll be able to drive it much, or you'll wear your tires out.

First thing was that you have turn the strut around 180 degrees to install, then the cable to the strut is not quite long enough, Then the computer doesn't recognize the new height and sevice4wd and suspension lights come on and 4wd doesn't work

While this kit will do exactly what it says it will do, it does not increase the range of travel on your stock suspension parts. This kit only provides a spacer to mount on top of your original stock front struts and drastically extends the angle of your factory control arms. This increases the angle on your ball joints and front axles on 4-wheel drive models and will cause more stress than a stock ride height. Forcing the stock components to operate at such an extreme angle makes the suspension much stiffer and causes the truck to ride rougher. It's tough to put into words how much rougher, but you will notice a difference.If you only want to level out the rake on your truck, I would suggest going with the smaller 2" front spacers or, even better, at an additional cost, going with a longer strut and spring combination altogether. A longer strut and spring combination will provide additional travel and a softer ride and reduce the chance of bottoming your factory struts out, causing damage to the components.A few other things to consider are that this kit may require additional adjustments and relocation of the 4-wheel drive components so the 4-wheel drive system on your truck will work properly. Adding this much space to the front struts can cause the service 4-wheel drive light to come on, and you will not be able to engage the 4-wheel drive system on your truck. There is a workaround for this, but you or the installer need to be aware of this while installing this kit. If you are installing this kit on a 2-wheel drive truck, this will not cause this issue.

The work starts when these arrive. These are nicely machined part that fit well but be ready for lots of work. These spring risers are machined metal with a black finish which looks great. It comes with mounting hardware which actually fits. This is a quality product for a fair price.
