Like the size, lightweight, quick brew, hot coffee, ease of use. The K-pod lid (wording) must be facing toward the back of the coffeemaker (north). This will allow the tab that pierces the cup in the exact right spot. Otherwise the coffee spews EVERYWHERE!! Manufacturer/Seller really should make that clear. If you do this it should work fine (I learned this the hard way😖).

First off, I am happy with the product. However 3 out of the first 5 brews, we found that the bottom (K-Cup holder) needle didn't puncture K-Cup, or punctured it on it's side. Which, FYI, leads to a scalding hot coffee-groundy steamy MESS inside the machine and in a 3-foot radius around it. Seems the "needle" inside the plastic pod holder has its taper turned outward, so you have to push the K-cup towards that side to avoid the mess I managed to repeat 3 times... I also find pouring the water tricky; if I pour it 3-4 millimeters too far forward, it spills everywhere and into the cup holder/into your mug... But that could just be user error (instant coffee making is perhaps too complex for me) or maybe I should check the lean of my countertops/kitchen floor...BUUUUT, overall, I like it! For the price, it provides HOT coffee quickly and (somewhat) easily. You can't do much better with a tumbler included, and it's tall enough for said tumbler. That was my biggest selling point and I'm happy with my choice.Now all we need is more color variety (please??) :)

I never use K-Cups since I have my own unique blend that I mix so I have used the older style drip Mr Coffee types which work well but not if I just want 1 cup in a hurry. Now I saw this and it will allow me to use my own ground coffee mix in a K-Cup style filter I had to have it and it works miraculously. I just add the amount of my coffee to the filter that I desire for the strength I like and another bonus if I have somebody over that likes theirs weaker or stronger you just adjust the amount you use. I love things that are simple and do not force me to go buy things I don't use (like K-Cups). So, for simplicity, flavor and meeting my needs this gets 5 Stars from me.

Takes time for the machine to warm up. It would be nice if the cup holding area had a little swing door, so that it's easier for cups to slide in and out! So far it works like the big name item without the price.

The media could not be loaded.  I really love this lil gem of a coffee maker. It has been a welcome addition to the kitchen crew of appliances and sometimes home in my office lol.Not only is it super compact and perfect for my small office space, but it's also incredibly versatile. I can choose to use either a K-cup or ground coffee – perfect for when I want to switch things up. The 8 to 14 oz brew sizes give me enough flexibility to decide on just how much caffeine I need in the morning or for that afternoon pick-me-up.I'm always on the go, so it coming with a travel mug I can brew directly into is a fantastic bonus. Plus, the auto shut-off feature makes me feel safe, knowing that it won't stay on and consume energy after brewing.

I don’t like the fact that you have to add the water and half of it comes out. It’s just not for me I prefer my old Keurig.

easy to use. Can make one cup of coffee in the morning before work. Coffee tastes good. Like the fact that it has two cups I use the one that I put the coffee in and turn it on.

It works ok, not bad for the price. I'd spend more money and get a better one next time tho.
