Rancho RS5000X Gas Shock Set 1998-2011 Ford Ranger 4WD

I own a 2005 Ford Ranger 4x4 with a factory lift -Front Torsion suspension / leaf rear- and these shocks had my grinning from ear to ear after the first test drive. That being said my previous shocks were OEM from the factory so they have about 165K miles on them. These shocks felt great non the less!! I will see how they fair in mountian/back country driving for a year before im sold though. Still out of the box good fit, good ride, and a decent price for good shocks.

Purchased front and rear shocks for my 2003 Ford Ranger 4x4. With the larger diameter piston, they improved ride quality greatly, eliminated excessive rebound going over bumps and dips compared to the old worn out shocks I had .

Easy to install.seem to be good quality.will find out down the road.

I bought these two months ago, sent them to install, and the one on the left side broke. The mechanic told me that it is a factory defect.

Used on my 2008 ford ranger 4.0.I have Mud tires on my truck BFs. The shock are clean looking and are improvement over stock shocks. I have driven 1,000 miles so far and seem to handle bumps on the road ok, but they are on the firm side and can handle loads well!
