I tend to gravitate towards holistic and Eastern medicine. Recently I have been having trouble attaining restful sleep. My back has been hurting and my feet have been aching. I was very skeptical that these foot pads would do what they promised. I wanted to try them for a full 10 days to see if I felt any different.I'm happy to report that they really work. I feel rested and lighter. My feet aren't aching or tingling. These pads are easy to use. They don't leave a residue and they smell great. I'm freaked out about the black stuff that is released on the pads. I even scrubbed my feet extra hard to see if there was any difference.

These foot pads work very well. I gave a set to my son's and used them on my 90 year old mother. She loves them and she swears they give her energy. I recommend.

It definitely does change color when used for a minimum of 6 hours & turns darker w/prolonged wear. I'm just not sure if it's removing toxins or just a chemical reaction as it's very similar to a product called kinoki pads whom were sued over similar claims. I definitely haven't lost weight nor feel more well rested or any different.🤷🏻‍♀️

The media could not be loaded.  I have very old, tired feet from spending a lifetime standing at work. They especially will ache at night. I found this product and it relieves the pain without stinky menthol through natural ingredients. These patches are easy to apply and stay fixed all night long. I wash my feet in warm water to open my pores, then affix the pads and the go to bed. The pain is relieved so I can go to sleep. Please know that if you go to the bathroom in the night, these pads will not come off! You don’t even know they are there. I am glad to have found this product, and so are my feet!

I have been using these types of foot pads for awhile now. But the ones I usually buy you have to peel open an adhesive sticker and attach a sachet to it before you stick it onto the bottom of your foot. What I really like about these is that the pads comes pre-assembled! Saves me time and also keeps me from sticking the sachet in facing the wrong way (which I have done before).

I’m trying these for the first time tonight. So far they are sticking to my feet with no issues. I do think I may put on socks just in case as I do tend to move around a lot while sleeping. I’m hopeful these will help over time have a more restful night. I’ll update in a few weeks if I notice a change.

I think the only reason the pad changes color is because the stinky herb is activated. Leaked all over my white sheets leaving behind a nasty stinky yellow stain. Returned.
