Q: How much soap does the foam can hold?

I have this unit and I would not recommend it at all. It is weak when it comes to the pressure and it is so small. Don’t waste your money back. Mine actually burnt up while I was trying to pressure wash the driveway. I’m outside my return policy because we had to hold off due to snow to pressure wash. Worst thing To spend your money on.

Q: Can a sandblasting kit be used with this machine?

No. There's no place for sand and it's built for water only.

Q: Can you reduce and increase the pressure, or do you just stand farther back?

By change the shape of the spray you can reduce the pressure, otherwise standing back farther does reduce the pressure of the current stream you are using. By rotating the nozzle you are able to flatten out (widen) the stream which reduces the pressure. Without actually trying to do it, you may be able to reduce pressure by change your trigger position. i.e. not holding it all the in.

Q: Will this work to clean a bounce house or is it to powerful?

I think it would if you use a flattened out spray pattern. I use mine on outdoor rugs and they hold up well to the pressure.
