Product description These are top-quality paleta ham slices from the front legs of acorn-fed Pata Negra pigs, from our gold-medal winning supplier in Guijuelo. This ham from the front leg of the pig has a much deeper colour and firmer texture than the usual 'Jamon' from the hind leg. Best eaten at room temperature to allow the lovely nutty flavour to be experienced fully.
