I have a 10ish lb dog that LOVES to nest. When she needed a new bed, I thought she'd love a papasan/hammock-ish bed and started looking for one. The ones for dogs were uniformly out of my price range, but my girl is so little I thought maybe one for cats would work instead. So I found this one, got super excited, and ordered it.Assembling it was challenging, ngl. It wasn't HARD, it was just difficult to understand the instructions. I had to redo it a few times, and then muscling the fabric part on was an exercise in both strength and patience. But I was super impressed when I was finished, though. This thing is SOLID. I wouldn't sit in it, but I'd be fine with my 70 lb niece sitting in it. It's going NOWHERE. It's gonna last my pupper until Doomsday. I fully expect this to be the last bed I ever buy her.Even better? My dog absolutely loves it! I put her on it the first time, and within 20 minutes she was curled up with her fuzzy blanket and snoozing. It normally takes her awhile to adjust to a new anything, so that's pretty remarkable. She even stayed on the bed when I went into the kitchen, the room where cheese lives. That's a statement of comfort if I've ever seen one!Overall, highly highly recommend. I'm thrilled with my purchase. Got it in 2 days, too, so yay for that too!

Okay, so I, Mr. Bagel, King of the Household, did not ask for this thing. My human, bless their cotton socks, thought I needed a "cozy retreat." I already have a cozy retreat. It's called "the top of the clean laundry basket, freshly warmed by the dryer." But, whatever.This... bed... arrived. It's shaped like a giant donut. A donut that, frankly, smells suspiciously of... newness. I gave it the sniff test. A thorough, 17-minute sniff test. I detected no traces of tuna, salmon, or even that delightful dust I find under the sofa. Strike one.Then, I attempted to claim it as my own. I did the usual: the slow, disdainful walk around it, the dramatic yawn, the strategic hairball placement just outside the edge. Nothing. My human actually encouraged me to get in. The audacity!Eventually, after a prolonged staring contest with the dust bunnies under the sofa (they blinked first), I caved. I stepped on. And... and I'm not going to lie. It's... soft. Like, ridiculously soft. It's like sleeping on a cloud made of kittens. I may have... gasp... purred.Don't tell anyone.I still prefer the laundry basket. But, on those rare occasions when the laundry is, you know, clean and put away (the horror!), I suppose this donut-bed-thing is... acceptable. Fine. It's fine. Five stars. But only because it's softer than my human's heart. And that's saying something.

This is absolutely, without a doubt, the best gift I have ever given my fur baby. She absolutely loves it! I needed a summertime bed for her and ever since day one she has really enjoyed and made this her daytime/outside bed. Made of quality material, very sturdy, and easy to assemble. Believe me, you cannot go wrong with this one!!!

This cat bed is really nice and sturdy. Assembly was unbearable. I think, the company should also put written instructions in the pamphlet. There were no identifying stickers on each rod. It took me an hour to set up. Do not get this if you have hand pain.

My chunky babies love this little hammock. I bought two, one stays at the bottom of the bed and they use it to climb on the bed.

Our cat is extremely cautious and does not like changes or new things in the house. During a recent trip home, we noticed that she enjoyed sitting on top of the suitcase, which creates a sunken effect. Her mother used to enjoy sitting in a cat hammock, but our girl refused to try it because it felt unstable to her. This cat hammock, however, is stable; nonetheless, if you have hardwood floors, it's advisable to place a rug underneath, as it will slide when the pet jumps off. Assembling it required some effort since no instructions were provided. Overall, it has been working well so far and gives our little girl another place to lounge.
