Pea and Bean Biodegradable Natural Jute Netting

Jute is the way to go!! Easy to use, Great for Environment! Compostable!
This netting came out of the package tangle free, and with a edging and ties at each corner to make hanging a breeze. Will never buy a competing product after seeing how perfectly this provided exactly what I needed! Planted what we hope will be a "Vertical" Garden, wanting to give our peas, beans and tomato plants a hand up this Jute "Pea Netting" is just the ticket. Bought some 10' bamboo and (We used a piece of steel rebar begged off a local construction site to make "Postholes" for the bamboo in what is HARD LIKE ROCK CLAY) then we used jute string to tie together up top and form a "Tee Pee" shape to hang the netting down to the plants. Inexpensive and effective way to insure maximum growth. Have ordered fine insect netting to hang over the structure, to keep the pesky moths away who lay caterpillar eggs, which in turn gobble up my tender pea leaves.... Good luck gardening! Keep your fingers crossed for me too!

Never Again Wil I use this
After a few months March to April so weathered have had to use plastic wire to hold up too very weak with rain etc frayed and snapped which was supporting my sweet peas.If this is being greener then the item needs improving, it is supposed to last a season but it is far too compostable to maintain strength for more than a few weeks.

seems good
Used this for my sweep pea frame this year, as it is so hard to disentangle the dead vines at the end of the year from nylon net - if I can get them off this year and make it last for next, all well and good, if not then I will just compost the whole thing

good strong heavy net
good strong heavy net, fits 7ft poles perfectly by draping a square over the pole then on to the next. will last as long as the poles or longer and could be repaired if needed by standard jute string. looks and moves lovely in a natural garden. will use this everywhere I need net support now. doesn't tangle up like nylon net and will not pollute the planet forever either. win win.

Excellent
Had a bit of a struggle getting it over my been sticks, it took two of us. Picture showed net over metal arches which if infinitely better. I will try to source similar for next year. Very well made and I appreciated the different coloured thread marking one end.

Great for Sweet Pea
This netting is really easy to use and is perfect for my sweet pea to cling to (much better than any trellis). And I Love that it can be put into the garden waste in the autumn (unlike plastic netting)

Expensive but worth it!
Jute is expensive but it is better than using plastic and looks good in the garden. Works well for growing peas and beans.

Environmentally friendly & looks classy!
I saw this being used in a heritage garden last year; it looked just the part so tried to buy some then but everywhere was sold out. I bought it early this year and can't wait for the spring now to start the sweet peas climbing up it. It's so much better for the environment than plastic mesh ..........
