The media could not be loaded. This little Electric fireplace insert was delivered fast. Easy to set up, works with the TUYA app on our phones and seems to be very efficient at heating the area we have it in. It's a large living room 15X20, with a dining room and a foyer Open to the living room. The flames are ok (a little fast for my taste but still attractive.) I like that the colors of the flames can be changed and the brightness adjusted. The crackling sounds are cute - not terribly realistic but it's not a real fire to begin with so we're happy with the sounds. (The sounds can also be adjusted louder or softer or silent)Our last faux fireplace had a remote that would not work from where I was sitting - which made it NOT a remote at all. The remote for this fireplace insert works like a charm from my chair. All in all a good buy for the money! I can easily recommend this Turbro fireplace. We have only had it for one day so if anything changes in the future I will edit this review. See attached video...The flame is on high setting. Didn't record any of the other colors because I happen to like this one best. When we watch tv at night the flames will be on low. 👍

I can't speak to the remote (others complained) because I haven't used it yet. I am thrilled that it throws heat only from bottom front at floor level. NO heat emits from top, sides, or back. That is reassuring. It reflects the image of flames in the back, adding a lot to the ambient fireplace feel. "Logs" appear to be burning due to lighting and design. I really like it, it does for me what I want: the illusion of a fireplace, some heat, and safely-constructed to protect from any misuse. Price is right. Well-packaged. Worth it.

This product is so wonderful! It warms up the room so well. It also looks very beautiful and realistic. It’s very easy to set up. The background fan noise when I turn on the heater doesn’t bug me at all. The remote control that comes with it doesn’t work, but I use an app on the phone to turn on and off this fireplace unit without any issue. It can be turn on without heat and without crackle sounds. I love using the app to control the electric fireplace. I can turn on and off this fireplace even when I am far from home from the app. There are 3 different crackle sounds that I can choose from the app. This is such a great purchase.

The 6' cord was inches from the plug on the right so I had to wrap it around to plug it in on the other side of the fireplace. Works fine and the cord behind the "fire" doesn't get hot at all. Other than that I love it. It gives out heat but to feel it you need to be right in front of it or just let it heat the room. I turn it on every time I go into the family room and it warms the room and atmosphere. At first glance everyone thinks it's real. My grandson loves it. He can touch it and it doesn't burn him.

Pulled this out of the box and had in the fireplace in a couple of minutes. It was 41 degrees outside. Used the remote to turn it on and selected a nice color. It is hypnotic just like a real fire! We made sure that is was safe to touch and it is hot only were the heat ejects on the bottom. I have an 1800 sq ft house and it’s a 2 story. This took about an hour to get it there, but it heated my bottom story (about 1000 sq ft) with an open kitchen, an office, a living room (where the fireplace is) and an open stair case. You can set the temp. It’s relatively quiet. No worse than a quiet fan. Heats like a champ. Can run without heat. Fake flames are beautiful. Doesn’t make noise. The one I was sent was 1500 w. If you need it to heat and look nice this one is it!

I'm not sure if this claims to have crackle sounds, but it definitely doesn't as far as I'm aware? maybe I'm missing a button tho.sound of the heater is reasonable, and gentle imo. We decided to not have our gas heat turned on this winter and opted for a space hater (which I've always been skeptical of cause none have ever heated our house correctly) Let me just say that this heater is the best heater I've ever purchased. We have a three story row home and we put the heater on the middle floor in front of the vent in our living room. I set the temp to 73 on a night that was pretty cold and it heated all of the floors of my house so well that my son thought we had the heat turned on and asked me to turn it down cause his room was too hot. The temps range from 70 - 95F. The remote never worked but to me, there is no need for a remote because you can download the app to your phone and adjust everything from temp to color scheme with the press of a button. I thought I would have to buy two of these but so far this one heater is enough for my entire house. Ive been running it a couple of weeks now and will update my post if it doesn't last all winter. Also, the colors they have for the background are beautiful. You have your choice of different combinations. It has the option to turn on the fake fireplace sounds too. The air blowing out is barely noticeable like a lot of electric heaters. For the price, this is the perfect heater.

My sister and her husband bought this fireplace. After two previous purchases of a fireplace from two different sellers this third purchase was the best fireplace. I saw the beautiful colors of the flames. I hear the crackle sounds. The heating function is perfect. It's all controlled by remote. So easy to use. No assembly required just plug in. What a wonderful fireplace. My sister uses it inside a real fireplace place platform.
