The chair mat was shipped flat in a flattened box so it immediately lay flat on the floor…No wrinkles or dents! It works perfectly in my home office, protecting my carpet floor well. It is much easier to move in my office chair on carpet now.

The material is just too flexible and holds the dimples left by the wheels long term. You can see them in the attached photo. It just flexes too much.

The listing states Medium & Low pile carpet but this should really be considered for low pile carpet only. My desk is on medium pile carpet and although the mat works, the indentations resulting cause the wheels on my chair to get kind of trapped in place. The mat is not unusable on medium pile carpet but the material really needs to be thicker plastic to be ideal. The flat packaging is good as it means the mat does not arrive deformed, my previous mat was delivered with a fold that the mat never seemed to fully recover from. The size of the mat is reasonable for an average sized desk.

Searching for Office Chair mats on Amazon yields almost 1,000 results! The BIGGXX separates itself a little by shipping flat so you don't have to wrestle with it over a week to flatten out. But another strength is also its weakness — the plastic they used is slightly softer than other mats so it resists cracking (like my previous mat did). The downside to this is the deformities that happen under the chair wheels take longer to go away, which creates little bumps to navigate around.

I am more annoyed that originally this item was listed as a 2 pack for a slightly higher price, but arrived as the single pack that the listing now shows. The whole purpose of me wanting it was DUE to it being a 2 pack for both the wife and I computer chairs in our home office. That said it is nice that it is shipped flat so not fighting to get it to lay flat, but in our medium pile carpet it still is a bit of a fight to roll the chair while sitting in it, so it's not great when I need to scoot slightly to access under my desk. It is thicker than those listed for use on low pile carpets but is thinner than many I have used for low/medium pile. It will serve its purpose though vs not having one before.

This chair mat does help my home office chair move. It digs into the carpet well so it stays put for the most part, but over time as I roll it does need some adjusting. The price is a little steep but it works.

The mat arrived flat as promised. Pretty flexible, and not heavy. Mine is set half on a wooden floor and half on a carpet runner. It's doing it's job in that my office chair easily rolls on the mat, but after a few days use I am noticing that the mat is deforming under the chair wheels. Not sure what this is going to mean for the longevity of the mat, but I am sure that this is due to it being thinner than most chair mats. Still, it's not terrible, and the price is good so three stars.
