Very nice product
The neck pillow is super comfortable with a snug and adjustable fit. The memory foam is of good quality and the pillow can be neatly and compactly packed and stored in its cover. The pillow case and cover is machine washable with no shrinkage observed. Overall, very pragmatic design and extremely travel friendly.

Too soft with memory foam
Best product at a very affordable price. I used it while travelling in flight and its so so comfortable. Memory foam is accurate, black color with perfect size and support and easy to carry.

Not as expected nor as marketed.
The packaging was poor. The seal of the package was already open (the adhesive had gone off). The pillow doesn't have memory foam as claimed, rather cotton like fibers which will stick to your clothes and spoil them.Product is not as claimed. If you remove the cover, you will expose the inner filling.
