It's the perfect size and it cycles thru all the colors. I was worried it would get hot but it's not a traditional lava lamp... it's a glitter tornado .

I had a beautiful Christmas themed USB operated snow globe on my desk at work through the holidays and realized that having some pretty lighting and swirly glitter made my work day much better. But after the holidays I knew I’d have to part with the snow globe, and thus began my search for something similar. This is it! This light can be operated by USB or battery and emits a beautiful low, color changing light with beautiful swirling glitter that reflects onto the space around the lamp. Beautiful!

I gifted this to my daughter and told her it was a lava lamp even though it isn't an actual lava lamp. She really didn't say anything in regards to it not being one, as she was happy with it the ay it is. The lights and glitter inside seem to make it all worth while when turning it on at night. It's really nice to look at! I didn't find it to be cheap either, it's rather well made imo. Pretty sturdy and solid. No cons to report other than it being identified as a lava lamp. I'd still recommend it personally as I see my daughter really loves it just like it is 👌

This lava lamp is very nice, but it did not work when I first arrived at all. My son-in-law and I had to take it apart and fidget with it and then put it back together to get it working. Once we got it going and looked very pretty. Overall, I don’t feel that the quality of this lamp is worth five stars.

This is a SUPER COOL "glitter" lava lamp! You'll see tiny glitter stars continuously spinning and rising, making for some really cool "sparkly" light effects. The light colors change automatically, you can't set it to just use on color (something I was really hoping for ,but even with the auto changing colors its a very cool lava lamp!). This is also well made (I think the tube is either glass or heavy acrylic). I probably would not put this in a room where it might get hit, say with kids throwing balls around and the like, but aside from this this would be great for kids & adults alike. I love this & it's definitely RECOMMENDED!
