Best for loose/hanging belly, Not beer gut
It works well for loose (subcutaneous fat) belly by reshaping the hanging belly around the waist to a smoother shape. It cannot reduce the volume but can reshape it. It won't work for beer guts (visceral fat). It will not compress into a smaller volume (which might affect the diaphragmatic breathing anyway).
