Tasty
I was looking for a healthier choice for my ramen cravings and this really hits the mark. Very tasty and easy to make.

Very planty flavor
I really like the way Moringa Noodles were packaged. Each portion was in its own small box. Sturdier, recyclable, and stacks better in my pantry.Making the noodles was easy. Can be done on the stove or microwave. I prepared them in the microwave. Instructions are on each box.The noodles are the star with these. They have an extremely vegetable taste that overpowers the included sauce. As they are, okay flavor but definitely plant based. I thought it needed extra seasoning or different, more complementary sauce like alfredo.

Tasty but adding Extra Spices Makes them Better
First time trying air fried noodles and I'm impressed how tasty they are. I got the sesame garlic sauce noodles and I'm not at all disapointed in the flavor, they are very garlicy but adding extra spices/herbs doesn't hurtt. Love the 18g grams of protein as instant noodles are not thought as being healthy but I feel that these are healthy.

A Healthy Instant Noodle
I didn't think a healthy instant noodle was possible, so I'm glad I found these! 18g per serving is incredible, not to mention a good amount of fiber and not crazy amounts of sodium. Same as any instant noodle to make - just boil, drain and mix sauce. The sesame garlic flavor is very garlicy and not overly salty. Overall the taste is not overpowering, but just strong enough. The noodle itself is very different from your average ramen noodle. It's actually kind of a thin texture that breaks easily so definitely undercook your noodles and be careful to not overcook.A slight downside is you only get a sauce packet with no veggies or meat pieces at all, so you'll have to add your own if you want those things. The portions for me personally were on the small side and for 2 people, I make 3. Overall for an instant noodle with such great nutritional value I think this is great.

A huge punch of garlic and not much else
When you cook these noodles you're basically reconstituting it to a soup less noodle dish. After the noodles absorb the water you drain the rest and depending on how much time has elapsed the noodles could absorb too much water and become soggy so be sure to drain when the noodles are to your preference. The noodles themselves don't have much flavor at all and all the flavor comes from the sauce. I love garlic but even when I thoroughly mixed the sauce into the noodles all I taste is garlic and not a pleasant taste of it but a huge punch on your tongue flavor. It needs other flavors besides garlic, even though it says it's a sesame garlic flavor. When you taste it you'll need to balance and complement the garlic flavor with something else, even a bit of salt helps. You need to add texture too as it's monotone for mouthfeel, adding sesame seeds helps.

Pretty good!
These noodles are pretty good. They aren't the best that I've tried and the texture is a just a tad bit rougher than the usual if you cook it a bit longer, it's fine. I only used half of the flavor packet to minimize the sodium content that comes with all of these instant ramens. I like the amount of protein and fiber in these single serve noodles and would get it again for that reason.

Going t9 get big and muscular with microwave noodles
Let’s not pretend the high sodium in these is any bit of surprise. Like most microwaveable noodles, it’s just the way it is. You could use less flavor if you’d like to cut it down, but there is also some nutrition to these. 18 grams of protein! For being a convenience meal, I am so impressed!

Bland Tasting Noodles, Overly Salty and Unappealing Sauce
When it comes to instant noodles, our family has only one requirement - taste good. I don't mind if it's fried or a little unhealthy just because instant noodles are supposed to be something of a treat to enjoy. The air-fried Moringa noodles in Sesame Garlic flavor were so poorly received by our family that we didn't even finish a single packet. The noodles tasted fine, although a bit bland. There's a definite vegetable-ish flavor to them. It's earthy and grassy and while it wasn't bad, it wasn't very good either. The texture of the noodles is a bit softer than standard fried instant noodles and overall it wasn't too bad. Unfortunately, the sauce wasn't very good. Although advertised as a sesame garlic sauce, it tasted more like black bean garlic sauce. I normally love black bean garlic sauce, but there was something definitely "off" about this sauce. There is no actual black bean in this sauce, but instead, something called "bambora groundnut flour", which may explain the odd flavor. The sauce was simply salty, slightly garlicky, and again, just tasted slightly "off". I can't quite put my finger on it, but it just didn't taste good. Unfortunately, it was just unappetizing enough for our family to not want to finish and was something we'd definitely not get again. Overall, personal food preferences will vary, and this particular instant noodle was just not for us.
