No effect
I don't believe this did anything at all. It didn't noticeably help recovery from work outs, and it didn't give me more stamina to do the work out. I won't buy it again, and I don't see the hype surrounding Laxo.

Good but low dose
Not sure why a lot of the sellers on amazon offer a low dose. Regardless this is still pretty good stuff.I added this to my stack and it helped me gain lean mass, with my spotty in consistent diet.I think standalone, you will want to double the dose, lots of reports suggest 200mg+ is effective.In 1 month, with heavy lifting, i was able to add atleast 5lbs of mass from this.
