In the advertising, they say that this charger has a 360 swivel and that you can charge your phone vertically as well as horizontally. That is false. It does no such thing. So if you are looking for a charger that can do that for your new iPhone 15, look elsewhere. Will be returning. Also, it's quite flimsy.

Overall, I like this thing - it's a great addition for any traveler to sit next to a hotel bedside for easy view of time, control of alarms, etc. It's also really nice to have a wireless charger by my desk, so I can just grab the phone and go without having to deal with plugs, and I can more easily see the phone's display all day now, since it's aimed at my face instead of the ceiling. The only problem I have with it is how precisely perfect you need to be when putting the phone back down. (I have a Samsung Galaxy S21.) I assumed I could just put the phone down perfectly centered on the stand, but that doesn't work. If you don't put the phone in just the right spot, it will either not charge at all, or worse yet, it will appear to be charging for a few seconds until you walk away, and then it will stop charging, and only occasionally go back to charging, so you may return to find the battery is actually lower than when you set it down to charge, as it can spend more time not charging than charging! But, once you figure out where the perfect spot is to line it up perfectly with your phone's wireless charger, it works... Though very slowly. You won't want to get rid of your faster chargers when you get this, because if you need to grab a few % charge between stops, this charger won't be your go-to choice. This is better for when you can sit the phone down for long periods of time with no need to have it fully charged soon. It's also nice that it charges horizontally, but again, you just need to ensure it's lined up right.All that being said, it works when you learn its quirks, and I have to say I was really impressed with the nice stiff cloth-like carrying case it comes with. It really is a surprising and welcome/nice touch that gave a good initial impression!

But at the same time, it feels somewhat flimsy by making the hinges and connector/ports for watches with more gaps. Personally I wouldn't mind if it was made with more metal than plastic.
