I purchased these to use in my enameled cast iron Dutch oven for baking sourdough. They work so well and are easy to use & clean up as opposed to parchment paper. No issues with bread crust being overcooked or undercooked using them. It makes it easier to remove baked bread in the sling when your DO is very hot.

I got this product for my small home bakery and it has been such a game changer for reducing waste as compared to parchment paper. It is comparable to some name brands and the price is so much better.Has had over 20 bakes in each one so far and they have held up great with no issues.

I love having these slings, they make it easy to make bread without having to waste money on parchment paper for each loaf. The one problem I have is that it is not the easiest to keep clean, but most silicone mats are a bit of a challenge, and when compared to other silicone mats I use for baking, it is easier to keep clean.I like having the rings on the sling so I can get a better idea of the loaf size after I have shaped it.My biggest issue with these slings is how the handles often rest on top of the loaf while baking and they are hot whenever I go to grab it and the loaf out of my Dutch oven.

Used a couple times. Easy to clean. More stable than the folded parchment paper I had been using. Like the finger holes. Good purchase.
