Great Style, But Low Flow
Beautiful and stylish faucet, bit was disappointed when lifting lever, and flow rate was so poor. Had plumber locate and install a 1.5 aerator to replace 1.2 which came with faucet. Big difference! Now flow is fine! Change really improves gpm flow rate. Aerator makes all the difference!

Great faucet except...
Purchased 3 of these in brushed nickel for bathroom remodels. Nice finsh, easy installation. Only drawback is that they water spot and with the flat handle it is disappointing to have to continually wipe off. Expected more considering the price.

Good product but doesn't fit. Need to return
I need to return a product that was purchased that is JUST outside the return window. My contractor just opened the package and it does not fit in our tub. It was NEVER used. Opened to look at and match with the pipe. Then put back into the box.

Beautiful Hardaware and install. ***Not for an average DIY person***
First, the item I received was NOT new. The original seal was broken and shipping tape closed the box. I am not very happy about that. The parts all seemed to be in the box, but the instructions were super basic. I have a lot of experience replacing plumbing fixtures, so I was able to get this installed by myself. I cussed and cursed due to the ridiculously tight tolerance of the valve assembly pipes and the under deck clamp. The design of the under deck clamp was also ridiculous. The studs were 3.5 inches long, and the fasteners that went over the studs were over 2 inches long. The part that really set me off was the fact there was no connection provided to go from the mixed output to the diverter assembly. I had to create this myself. This is due to one of two things:. It could have been a casualty of being an open box and the parts were missing, or it could have been like this from the factory with this connection left up to the installer to figure out. Either way, unacceptable. The installation required soldering and using special adapters because the hot and cold supply lines are 1/2 inch OD instead of 1/2 inch ID. The fittings are way different and I had to go to a specialist store to get the right ones. I will say the final installation looks great, and it scored a 100 with the WAF. I would only recommend this product if you are mechanically inclined and have top notch soldering skills.

Purchased two and both were defective
Purchased twice on Amazon and both times they were defective. As can be seen in the photo, the thread was not molded in a proper circle and cannot be screwed on valve.

Pretty but need to wipe after use
It’s very pretty, but when water splashes up while using it leaves spots on the neck
