Easiest balloon garland
I bought two of these to make a balloon garland and it was SO easy to make and nice that everything was included! Looked great for my son’s first birthday backdrop for his cake smash. I blew up all the balloons the day before (with a balloon pump) and they were still perfect for the party. The confetti stayed put as well with some rubbing on the carpet, just like the instructions said. We didn’t use the gold streamers but those would’ve been cute as well. Got so many compliments and it was so much easier and less expensive to do this myself!
