Twice shipped, both damaged in shipping
Damaged in 2 separate shipments, Ordered thur Manufacturer to only find our being fulfilled by Amazon (UPS) as with prior orders.

Wasn’t packaged good and welds were all broke
The basic metal parts were good but it wasn’t packaged to survive the shipping process. All the spot welds were broke. I was able to salvage it by bending the tabs over to secure the end pieces to the grates. Once again good steel bad protective packaging for shipping and broke welds. If they improve shipping package and broken spot weld condition I would give them a 5.
