the collar fell apart the first day I put it on her. The pin that holds the tag on broke and I had not yet put the tag on it. The size chart is not right. I ordered was too big and their is only room enough to punch 1 extra hole which was still too big for my puppy I threw it in the trash

Product is cute and Is great just as expected the only thing is that it does poke my dog sometimes the little clasp has a way to detach and that pokes my dos sometimes but it is removable as well so I just switched it for a different pendant and now its fine. Still worth the buy
