Seems to be a quality piece and comes with extra O-rings
I saw no short cuts on the manufacturing, no burrs or melted marks as on some lesser quality pieces. To my surprise, 2 O-rings came with.

High quality PVC union couplings
I needed to replace an aging pool pump and wanted to add union couplings, so it will be easier to do this again in the future, rather than cutting and re-gluing the pipes every time. These are very good quality and even came with an extra set of o-rings. The fit was perfect and they hold the connection tight. This set of two cost significantly less than what I would have to spend in the home store. Five stars.
