The quality is outstanding; it truly feels like a professional-grade cleaning tool. One of the things I appreciate most is its manageability; it's not too heavy to carry around, which makes my cleaning tasks much more convenient. Plus, the noise level when it's running is pleasantly low, ensuring a peaceful cleaning experience. This steam cleaner has truly elevated the way I maintain my home, and I couldn't be happier with its performance. It's a game-changer!

The only great thing about this product was the Creative look/ concept to separate the tank from base and use both simultaneously. -Base operates great but but ..... as usual; the portable steamer tank that is used to either to place it in a plastic vacuum (cheaply made) that you have to apply force to it and took me forever to mount that sucker on the vacuum. It has no strength by itself, only the main base, barely no steam.I loved the Concept but this product needs many upgrades.

This is not something used every day but as the portable section fits into the larger base all remains together. The smaller accessories all fit into the bag provided.The floor mop steamer proved how much dirt can accumulate on wood floor even though it looks clean! We used on both wood and tile with great and surprising results. Other use was with cars. It allowed cleaning in tight places where previously could not be reached with a brush.I want to point out a piece of foam is at the base where the portable part of assembly fits. It is dark grey/black and not easily noticeable. Must be removed prior to use. We found the Manual to be of good use. Good mop but cannot clean more than one room at a time with only one washable mop pad => having more than one washable pad is important. Currently (Sept 2023), additional mop pads are not available.

This steamer is a whole house disinfector. It works and performs beautifully. I haven't been able to use all the adaptors but it is awesome. It is a little money out of pocket but you can clean anything. Appliances like my oven was great without using harsh chemicals. The steam is no joke. Wear the gloves because the steam and heat can really burn someone. I love the instructions to put it together and it is actually very compact for what it does. The charging is easy and holds a charge long enough. I love the talking feature. And it is well made. It is not an everyday use for.me but I do love this home appliance. Very durable.

Recommend you look at the comments on their Kickstarter campaign, looks like the identical machine. Mine spits out lots of luke warm water, not steam. Custom service is nonexistent.

This is a great steam mop that is very well made and with sturdy material. Easy to use once you get a hang of it. Great for deep cleaning floors. Can also be used as a clothes steamer
