at first I was like...wow, this strip is fantastic, with each outlet having its own on-off switch.And plenty of room for 6 plug-ins, so I could turn on ONLY the ones in use....or I could use the master switch to control all 6 outlets at once.BUT BUYER BEWARE!I also liked the seemingly sturdy construction and the flat plug which was very important in my case, and difficult to find in an industrial strip.BUT BUYER BEWARE!After just one day, it was acting WEIRD and was a FAILURE.The indicator lights turned ON while the switch was turned OFF andthe indicator lights turned OFF while the switch was in the ON position. -- and the lights would flicker instead of staying lit steady. Some would not light up at all.Then, the 1st outlet indicator light (at one end of the strip) changed when I turned on the switch over the 6th outlet (at the OTHER end of the strip)! ...or if I turned on outlet #1 (light on) and then turned on outlet #6 (light on) it would cause the light of outlet #1 to go out. (see picture -- sorry the pics are upside down, so #6 is far left)and then, no power would go through at all.I tried it on different outlets -- with different circuit breakers and same thing happened.This is an UNSAFE product and I will return it.such a shame 'cause it really LOOKS good, but is NOT.

When the power strip arrived two of the outlet would not turn on via the individual switch. But, with a little use they now all work. Curiosity about the switches caused me to take it apart. Here is what I found. The aluminum slides apart into two pieces. Each piece is grounded. There is a plastic shell stopping any wires from touching the casing. All the switches and outlet are wired correctly and soldered. I didn't take an individual switch apart. I have two of these and they are both working great.

I live full-time in an RV. I bought this item specifically so that I could keep both my auxiliary freeze and my air fryer plugged in simultaneously, with the ability to switch off the freezer while using the air fryer. The first time I turned off the freezer and switched on the air fryer, the extension cord died. The reset switch did nothing, although that light is still glowing when the extension cord is plugged in. Not sure if my air fryer is damaged, yet, as I totally reworked my set up to accommodate this product and now I have to move the air fryer to check it with the cord plugged into the wall. None of the extension cord outlets are working—even with a small load like a battery charger. Not a happy customer.

Nice product, giving 5 stars despite one of the lighted switches does not light up upon purchase. Otherwise, seems like a nice product, purchased because I like the idea of turning on/off each individual outlet, have purchased products like this in past and use to power up my several battery chargers on an individual basis as I need them. very convenient. Lighted switch makes it much easier to see if on/off at a glance or if in a less than ideal location or lighted area.

Well this power strip worked for about hour then it kicked off and will not reset or power up. I wait three weeks to use it now I'm out side my window to return it.I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RETURN MESSAGE, STILL! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.Hope you have better luck then me. My opinion do not waste your time. Just go to your local lumber store.

Great function for powering on and off remote devices from one point. Sturdy, good features, works great for me.

I bought this to use in the garage for power tools and the like. Like others who have posted, it simply stopped working. In my case after less than two months, just 15 days after the "return window" closed. I came back and read the bad reviews, to find out my experience is not unique. I can't comment on all of their products, but I can tell you firmly to avoid the "Power Strip Surge Protector 2700J with Individual Switches and Flat Plug". It looks great, but performs horribly. I am disappointed, to say the least.

I have 2 of these, which doesn't count the one with several outlets that didn't work on arrival. I took this apart and it's shoddy soldering and cheap components. The second one does under low load normal use. The main switch illuminated but no other outlets.UPDATE: The seller reached out and made it right. Great customer service with this seller. They care about their customers and doing the right thing, which is rare these days.

Tenía ya un problema para organizar y conectar mis aparatos, está barra vino a simplificar todo, puedo encender lo que necesito al momomentosin sin tener que encender todo.Lo bueno no necesita tanta propaganda.
