Great price price for the quantity. Does well in baking. I like it because it is also aluminum free and has no other fillers. Hard to write a review on baking powder except to say it mixes well and taste & texture are both good.

First time using this one because the one I usually get was out if stock. Mix well into my dough. Love that's it aluminum free. Will definitely continue to use this brand.

This says it is pure all natural non-GMO baking powder on the front of the package. I kept using it to make biscuits and cornbread, and it was so better. I finally realized what was going on, so I looked at the package again and only the ingredients written so small I had to get a magnifying glass it says All natural baking soda. So I put all of it that I ordered in my baking soda jar and bought some real aluminum, free baking powder, which was Rumford. I had quit buying Rumford because the word on the front did not say aluminum free and did not bother to look at the ingredients. I’ve been told that all baking soda is aluminum free, but not all baking powder. Do not buy this product unless you need just baking soda. But at this price I would not .

I bought this to replace regular baking powder with aluminum. It is a large package of product and I'm hoping that when I actually use it it won't have that metallic taste. I will write an update once I use it

I love the convenience of being able to buy specialty products though Amazon. I have purchased Anthony’s products often and i am always pleased. I do not want the aluminum in my food products. This is a great baking powder
