Use for chronic neuropathic pain and slipped discs
Useful for severe chronic neuropathic pain - don't use directly at site of pain but to deflect from it with another sensation. Good used directly at site for bruises and slipped discs to relieve pain. I use them for cold packs but can be heated for warmth if that works for you best. I have used them for years with bed socks on them as shouldn't be used directly on site of pain as can irritate it rather than help.
