We are so happy on this unit and using this every day. The battery life is also good. We could use this almost 3 days for almost 2 hrs. Audio is so clear with all 10 mics.The speaker does have a mic but since it is kept in the desk, it does not capture the voice so you need to spare one microphone for speaker. There is no mute button on the mic, it has a mute button on the speaker so it will mute everyone. That's the only negative I could see otherwise this small piece is so handy and user friendly, no need of any installation required, just plug and play. All you need is a long press on the Microphone to pair it with the speaker, that's it, you will see a stable green light and you are ready to go.

The concept is just what I wanted. I was so pleased when it arrived. I immediately charged the microphones and prepared for a test. A couple hours later when the mics were charged, I connected the speaker to my laptop and opened Zoom to test the speaker and microphones. Initially, they worked just as expected. But my excitement lasted only about 30 seconds. Then no connection to the speaker or microphones. I repeated the test by unplugging the USB cable and then reconnecting. It worked again for about 30 seconds. I tried multiple times, with always the same result. So I went to the website recommended in the manual for support. It was all in Chinese, so that did not help me. I gave up and am returning it. It may have been a faulty unit. But I am not wasting anymore time with it.Revised Review: My problem was that I was not testing it correctly using Zoom setup. I sent it back and ordered a different product. It did exactly the same thing, so it was my fault and not the device. I am reconsidering buying it again. I like having multiple microphones, now that I know how to use them.

Got this for our in person and virtual hybrid staff meetings. Before we had to pass around a phone for folks to speak into which made it hard to always have clear audio during conversations. This has been great and has worked well!

This can only be used with a laptop, not one it's own

You must remember to charge all of them just before your meeting. So far several tries for meetings and not one has successfully connected the microphones. They were charged up a couple days in advance the first time. They list their charge in those couple of days sitting idle so wouldn't work for the meeting. The speaker did work to hear the people on the line they just couldn't here our meeting room well..2nd time again they were charged that night before. They were dead within 2 min of the meeting starting.The speaker is a speaker only. It does not work as a microphone. It's the individuals that are microphones. I guess next I have to remember to charge them within the hour of the meeting starting and see how that works.

Our company often holds various business meetings and needs conference microphones. This conference speaker is equipped with 10 lavalier microphones, which is very suitable for our team. I am very satisfied with this purchase and it is worth recommending!

Great product for home office. Sound clarity works good and is clear.

I've now used these on about 8 webinar/zoom type meeting. The remote listeners have primarily reported very good results. A few have reported problems, but that may have been to their own internet setups or overheard people not near a microphone, since when a few have reported these issues, most others reported no similar problems. The speaker is quite loud and you can clearly hear what the remote people are saying. The only issue that I have had with the equipment is that I had difficulty turning one microphone off. I would press the off button, it would go off for a second and then go back on.
