I got this Brace bc unfortunately I have Scoliosis and have had multiple Spinal Surgeries. I am a former Gymnast and as I have gotten older my Spine has suffered bc of it. I am mortified by my posture and decided to try this Brace. Initially I had an issue with sizing when I bought the Medium and it didn't seem to fit me correctly but, I brought it to the Sellers attention and they sent me a size Small as a replacement. I was amazed at their concerns and immediate response. Like who does that anymore. Needless to say I am very impressed! The Brace has been a Godsend with helping with my posture! In the beginning it felt awkward but, that is bc my Spine was getting used to the correction so, please wear it as instructed by the company and then you can extend your wearing time gradually. I wear it all the time now when I go walking. I would highly recommend this Brace to anyone that has Posture issues and for those whom are on their feet all the time and/or lifting for work to prevent future problems. This is definitely the Best Business I have dealt with on Amazon! If you are suffering from Posture issues definitely give this Brace a try! Highly recommended. So I fractured my spine at the middle. Doctor referred me to get a $1030 professional brace (that my insurance covers). I went and checked what they had and it was more comfortable but much larger, it had a part close to the throat that would press your chest when you bend forward to remind you to be carful. But the expensive piece wouldn’t be tight on the mid and upper back and allowed too much motion as if there is nothing there to stabilize the upper back. This brace on the other hand is much slimmer and gives a better stability to the mid and upper beck. I can sleep with it or walk. You can make it as tight as you wish. It has two metal strips on both sides of the spine and two on the ribs area. When you bend it keeps the back starlight and pulled the shoulders back. I can also sleep with it if i want because my mattress is a bit too soft to stabilize my spine at night. I didn’t order the expensive piece I think this one is better.

Not only is this a good posture/back support product but the Seller was wonderful. They contacted me prior to my receipt of the brace and then contacted me again to see if I was satisfied. I had a question or two and they answered my questions and even offered to swap my medium for a large. I am very happy with both the support from the brace as well as from the Seller. I would definitely recommend this Seller as well as the product.

I'm always hopeful but skeptical about pain relief gadgets. This back brace did make my back feel better the moment I put it on. Could only wear it a short while when trying to sleep. No extra pain but was aware something extra was on. Put it on set back and watch tv and let it do its thing. Would recommend.

Very well made product, great value for the money and love the fact it helps with posture and low back support at same time. Still new to me but think it will work great. If it does I will share with family and friends… we’ve all been looking for something like this
