This is a good product. It has a great grip. I feel safer showering with it. I is also good for the side of the tub.

Be careful if you are looking for a narrow handle because this is not it. The 4th image for the product says the width is 2.36" (inches). It is in fact 3.75" which unfortunately is too large for my 3" tile width. Sending back.

With my mother approaching 80, I've wanted to get something to help her get in and out of the tub/shower when visiting. I didn't know what to expect from this when I ordered it, but I've been pleasantly surprised with how strong a grip it has on the fiberglass shower wall.Installation, however, leaves a lot to be desired. There are no instructions included (why is that a constant refrain of late????) though the short video here on the sales page helped answer questions. That said, it is very difficult to get the tabs to snap back into place (unlike the video). I'm mid-fifties and not dealing with arthritis or anything at the moment, but I found it extremely difficult and had to get my strapping son to help out. Even he struggled with it some.But now that we're a go, it has stayed securely in place. I've pulled and tugged on it as hard as I can at times and it hasn't budged an inch, so thumbs up in that regard. Really good price point for how well it holds, but be sure and get someone really strong to help install it.

This grip looks great on my shower tile wall. It holds so tight, that I’m impressed with it.

It was a little difficult to lock the device in place but once on I haven't had any problems. My husband however said two of the three we purchased came off and he had to reattach.
