One battery pack has no charge at all and even after 5 hours of charging it was not getting charged. The second battery had charge but after initial use I could not get it charged. They had provided a 12 vatts charger. I dont know whether the problem is with the charger or batteries provided with the trimmer.The machine was working properly with the charged battery. No complaint on that aspect.

I am fully satisfied after using at first time. Very smooth cutting and finishing the hedge. Long cord is also a best part. During ist time trimming my cord has cut by machine due to my careless. Hence operate the machine very carefully to avoid such type mishappenig.
