wire guide flimsy
These fit my Pilot Arc BTC500DP 7th Gen! The photo that shows the nozzles must be a cad drawing because they are not as well machined as the photos ... no real big deal! There is no flat spot on the electrode as on my original equipment ... no big deal. My biggest and only complaint is the wire guides are .078" dia. and the originals are .090" dia. and look to be very flimsy also they are 32.19mm long and the OE ones are 24.7mm long so they are 7.5mm or 1/4" longer and am not sure how they will affect the cutting! Photos are of my AG60P gun that came as original equipment! The grid on the background are 1" squares! Hope this helps other with their equipment!

Everything needed and lots of it
Hubby says this was a great addition to his plasma cutter. There is plenty of everything needed for his cutting chores.

Decent
Pretty decent set of consumables, getting about 50 pierces of decent cutting on anything from 3/16 - 1/2" of an inch. Like the others the guides are pretty much garbage. Overall quality for the money is worth it.

YesWelder consumables
For a novice using a rediculously cheap plasma cutter these work as well as any others I've tried. I'm using a YesWelder Cut55DS. I've found the 0.030" tips to be perfect for running on 110V, which is primarly what I do. I change them frequently because I foul them out a lot, so keeping a bunch on hand is important.

Mysterious
This set of replacement expendables for my plasma cutter was just right. The right quantity, size, and fit. I was so pleased I decided to stock up on this item and order a few more. I could not find them available anywhere. They were not available on the ARCCAPTAIN website nor through Amazon. I must have ordered the very last pack in existence.

"Confirmed" fitment for BestArc BTC500DP
In photos the used consumables are OEM for BestArcAll cutting done on 120 Volts. No experience with 240I can't give anything less than 5 stars because these are not advertised for use with BestArc plasma cutters. Regardless, these are adequate consumables and work.The only significant difference.The wire spring on the BestArc is most definitely better quality. Tougher, thicker, less forgiving and less movement on the ceramic cup while cutting. Because the length on the ArcCaptain wire spring is longer, the distance to the workpiece is increased. To compensate, the psi needs to be turned up higher to get similar penetration and matched cutting speed.The other consumables are nearly exact matchesWhen reusing the OEM spring, the performance is equal if not slightly better. Unsure, but possible reason is sized slightly smaller at 0.8 vs 1.0?Still need to do a lot more cutting on different materials and thicknesses. I'll update if I have anything valuable to add.
