Portion control
I bought these to work with my portion control and help get the food groups I need to. I love the colors. Ease to clean, the size works for me it's a decent size. It's sturdy, I do not place them in the dish washer I wash by hand. I don't microwave them however it does hold hot food.

Product is great. It came in multiple colors and is made out of sturdy material. I didn’t like the plain white ones that they had out there. I did honestlyThink I would use them more than I did, but they are great when getting used to eating. Bought because I became diabetic so it was a good visualization. They are easy to clean.

These are supposed to be adult sized plates, but they're really toddler sized plates.
