I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the Pigeon Healthifry Digital Air Fryer that I purchased through Amazon.Since its delivery on October 20th, 2023, the air fryer has been nothing but trouble. From day one, none of the cooking presets have functioned, rendering the product practically useless. Moreover, to my dismay, the air fryer has developed rust within just six months of use, despite my meticulous care and maintenance.Approximately one month ago, I lodged a formal complaint through your customer care platform, yet I have not received any acknowledgment, response, or resolution from your end - Ticket Number : PGN24020702113As a paying customer, I find this level of service completely unacceptable. I expected a product that performs as advertised and timely support in case of any issues. Unfortunately, Pigeon has failed to deliver on both fronts.I demand immediate action to rectify this situation. I expect either a replacement or repair of the defective air fryer without further delay. Alternatively, I demand a full refund for the purchase amount.I urge you to treat this matter with the urgency it deserves and provide a prompt response to this email. It is imperative that we resolve this issue promptly and restore my faith in Pigeon products and customer service.Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter. The product looks almost exactly like in the image, in short, its good looking. The buttons or switches on the top are touch type and response after 6 months is that it is still responsive. Not to forget, that the first piece i got stopped working in 2 days. But just follow the customer care guidelines, and they got me replaced the defected ine with a new one in just a couple of days. I think, this is an optimal size for a family of 3-5 members though u might need 2-3 batches depending upon the dish u r preparing. Pakodas are tastier when fried in oil, but since its a healthier and economical option, u may compromise a bit on the same taste and texture. French frys, fish fry, chicken tandoori, chicken tikka tastes really good in it. The average time to cook chicken would be around 25-40 minutes. U can also use it to boil water, heat food/ snack, bake cookies.

This air fryer 8 months ago I thought this is the right time to post a review I think I got enough time to review its pros and cons.Pros:1)look of the air fryer is very royal2)as a working women I can cook recipes very quick and it's saving lot of time instead of standing long time in front of stove.3)less usage of oil it's very good feature I like most4)as a chicken and fish lover I cook most of different non veg items with very less amount of timeCons:1)The fry tray provided is very delicate and fry items are stick to tray every time2)nonstick coating is removing very fast if wash the tray.Over all happy with product and if they provide extra tray it's worth for money and time

Best lowest purchase more than half of the cost of Xiaomi air fryer and Philips and equal or even more good compared to their quality and large in basket size than Xiaomi 3.5 litres and Philips 4.1 litres pigeon is 4.2 litres also I got by just spending 3499/- now price might have increased but I'm satisfied with my choice over Xiaomi and Philips pigeon digital air fryer has almost not no Hindi English videos on YouTube as its new product manufactured in July of this year 2022 mostly videos are in Malayalam language I guess but air fryer is best after earlier pigeon super air fryer analogue no need to run after well known big and costly products and brands by watching their videos pigeon digital will fully satisfy you in both quality and quantity comparatively lowest price although if someone wants to go for more lower price lifelong analogue 4.5 litres is also available but after reading negative review of one of the problem with that air fryer basket that it's handle stucks I changed my mind to spend a little more and buy pigeon digital and not regretting my choice only caution one should take while buying any air fryer is to please order by using pay on delivery and never pay before you open box and test product for yourself because during these sales some people made mistakes of paying in advance and thankfully I'm not one of them because these e-commerce apps and delivery partners have cheated some consumers by sending them ghari detergent instead of laptops they ordered making payment in advance and sending one kg potatoes when someone ordered drone so be very careful always choose pay on delivery and before making payment ask delivery agent to open box or you open box while video recording the delivery agent and make continuous video while opening box so that you can save yourself from potential fraud be careful and happy purchase go for pigeon digital it's great product I immediately tested and it works equally great like Philips and Xiaomi I bought for just 3499/- , although lifelong air fryer 4.5litres is available at 2999/- but in negative review I noticed that lifelong air fryers basket has problem so I choose pigeon and it's very good so far I am very much satisfied
