I don't write review often... But I had to for this. I'm fairly new with gel. I've been doing my own for like 7 months now. Recently swapped from a gel overlay to tips and am immediately noticing a difference with the polish longevity. I've had on a few days and or still looks as good as the first day. After doing swatches I couldn't pick a color so I had to do skittles nails for Easter 😂 I will say I'm not good with isolating magnetic polishes so I tend to just go for the swirly look and I'm not sure is that is user error, magnet strength [I do have one very strong one 🤷🏻‍♀️], or polish quality. That being said... This is 1 coat black, 1 coat of color w/out the magnet and 2 coats with the magnet. You def need a couple layers to get a strong color. All layers were very thin coats too. To those complaining about pain when curing.. It's not the polish it's the thickness of polish or the thiness of your nail in my experience. If the polish disappears when you hold the magnet to it, it has to do with the position and movement of the magnet.. Just run your brush back over it [don't add more] and it will "reset" it. Complaining that colors are too similar? The color change makes them so different. You can see from the swatches w/ and w/out flash that even if one looks similar when turned one direction it may be a totally different color in another.

Granddaughter loved it and it was fun watching the magnetic do it's work on the polish!

Pretty good cat's eye gel polish, with a beautiful selection of colors!! The cats eye glitter is very vibrant and easy to work with. My main gripes, and why I give this a 4 star, is how thin the polish is. Also, the color window to tell what's what is teeny tiny and very hard to read. It's practically translucent and take atleast 4 coats to build an opaque color. It has a black glitter base though, so I learned the hard way it doesnt look great over a light or natural nail unless its very opaque, otherwise it's splotchy. Because it takes so many coats, the bottles are pretty small and will likely run out fast. I'd still recommend it, the colors are nice, just use a black base for the best results

I wanted to try theses out and I've seen some great results from others. The colors are very reflective so frist glance may look blah but hit from another angle and wow color! I painted on the box lid to see the colors first the tiny window isn't useful. First issue I had it saw low order. It smells very strong of plastic or resin. I'm glad I use it in my bathroom with the fan on. Second was when curing with lamp that I have used in past it cause needlelike pain to shoot under my nails. I cured for 60 seconds then added another coat. I found the coats were tacky for a while. But the pain was what cause me to just peel off the teo coats I had. It didn't chip but peeled off mostly clean. The needle like pain makes me not want to try again.

It works as it is described

I've played around with the colors for a few days now, and I'm a bit torn. All of them except the purple and the cyan are really well pigmented. Unfortunately, those two were more jelly-esque in their opaqueness and were the two I REALLY wanted to work. They do add a nice subtle cat eye sheen over various colored polishes, but it's..quite lack luster in my opinion. All colors apply really well and smoothly, and respond well to the magnets. Overall not bad sicne most of the colors are well done, but it'd be nice if all of them had the same level of pigmentation.
