Q: Could this used to make a cone shaped squirrel baffle?

Personally, I wouldn't. The material is rather brittle and not bendable without heating. As far as I know ABS produces fumes that are toxic to breathe when heated. This is just me, but if I was looking to make a cone shaped part, I would suggest sheet metal.
