I like the shape of this cup, it retains heat better than a regular cup.

i like the hold and look of the mug , however, I didn't like the fact that the handle gets heated and cannot be held when the coffee is still very hot, it burns the hand , so it is ok , still a beautiful cup , but not to use as a favorite cup every day .

This is a pretty ceramic mug. The pot-bellied shape with the small circumference top really keeps your beverage hot a lot longer than an ordinary mug. You hsve to be careful not to burn your mouth! It is microwave safe, but the mug and hzndle get very hot. The inside of the mug is dark, so I have to guess or use a spoon to tell when my tea is ready. But the shape and color are very attractive. I bought the rose colored and am thinking about ordering the blue.

Nice enough mug. The glaze makes it look handmade-ish even though it's a production mug. The rim doesn't lip-drip and the handle isn't overly thick. It's big enough you won't get through you tea while it's still hot without a mug warmer, but it makes an excellent mead and ale mug.

Sadly, while this cup has a very pleasing shape and beautiful ceramic colors, its handle becomes dangerously hot in the microwave, so it is useless for a beverage that requires reheating.
