This is the second one of these I have bought in the last year.This topper is extremely comfortable and has a very soft pillowy/cloud like feel.The price point is perfect for someone on a bit of a budget.I normally get very hot when I sleep and I have no issues with this topper.It has just corner straps to secure it to the mattress which I prefer over the fitted sheet style sides as it doesn’t pull the edges of the topper down.Packing: it came vacuum packed in plastic, then wrapped, sealed and taped in another layer of packing inside the box. Keeping it safe from cuts & dust. There is no smell. I did allow it to expand a full night before putting it on my bed and shook it prior to putting it on the bed to fluff it a little. My first topper (exact brand) I put in the dryer on a low heat to tumble and it fluffed nicely then too.My only complaint is based around cleaning it. The first topper I bought ended up getting puked on by my sick child. It was not a spot/surface clean type situation. I had to take it to a laundromat to clean and their washing machine did not treat it well. The filling got very clumpy and there were several holes torn in the outer layer causing there to be filler fluff all over the place. The clumping of the filling was not evening out and felt uncomfortable to sleep on. I ended up getting rid of the topper after that and searching for a different brand that had waterproof/resistant and machine washable as noted features. The topper I went with was so uncomfortable, was just as lumpy as my ruined/washed clumpy topper that I went through the hassle of repacking it and sent it back. Ultimately I came back to this brand because of the comfort & price and decided it was worth the risk of it not being the most durable when it comes to cleaning.

When I moved into my new apartment, me and my boyfriend were in a hurry to get a new mattress so we pretty much just bought one of the first ones we saw and it ended up being a mistake because it’s so uncomfortable that I can’t sleep at night.I’ve tried multiple mattress toppers, and they either make my boyfriend sweat buckets during the night or they aren’t comfortable enough for me.This topper changed my life! It’s great value for the money and it’s really good quality. It’s way thicker and more fluffy than I even thought it would be. It is like sleeping on a cloud, and it’s been about five months now and it hasn’t lost its fluffiness or comfort yet. It comes with straps, so it stays on the bed well. I would definitely buy this again.

Tried a different one it sucked stumbled across this one I was a bit skeptical about ordering it but surprisingly this one was thick and soft as described and I was able to get a good nights rest.

i left it to fluff for 1 and a half days before putting it on our bed. at first it felt stiff, hard, not plush, and it really frustrated me. i wanted to return it asap but they wanted to possibly charge a restocking fee so i bought a thin foam topper to pair with it to hopefully help. i have not received the other topper yet and now i wish i didnt order it. i thought this one was a lost cause. i felt like it made our bed worse but i think it needed Even More time to fluff like 3 days ATLEAST...because now? it feels like im jumping into a bed of HEAVEN!!!!! it makes our bed sit up so high and im literally so comfortable i dont want to move. also paired it with new sheets i could cry bc this has been the best combo everrrrr. i guess pairing it with the other topping thats been shipped couldnt hurt but it truly doesnt need it now. it regains shape as soon as you get out of bed too its nice to see it happen so quick.

If you're like me and you've been reviewing tons of "toppers" that were actually just thin "covers", this is the one you've been looking for! This mattress topper is thick and has some significant bulk to it. It's so comfortable to sink into after a long 10-hour shift. I waited about four months before reviewing it to see if it flattened out, and so far it hasn't. I turn it every time I change the sheets and fluff it up in the dryer about once a month. It's kept its fluffiness well. Like others have mentioned, it does say "Do not wash!" on the label on it, so do purchase a thin mattress cover to protect it from oils and dirt.

It does need fluffing sometimes but overall is comfortable!

This is a great product but know this. If you have a pet make a mistake and it gets to this it will not FIT into a standard washing machine. It may not fit into a large machine and may take a Industrial washing machine to wash properly. In itself it will absorb close to 30 gallons of water, that is roughly 240 pounds. So you do the math.

I love this and would recommend it 100%. It fits true to size, very comfortableI will buy for my other beds !

Very comfortable little expensive but it's worth it.
