Perfect
Backed into a trailer tongue puncturing the factory cover, probably would have been a 1500 to 2000 dollar insurance claim if made. It was truly daunting to remove the entire rear bumper over but turned out to only be a 45 minute task. These replacement cover fit perfect, all holes and tabs aligned as expected. Cover replaced, and I kept them black for the ascetics. Front valance was more difficult to replace but did not require the removal of the front bumper cover.
