I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the Besank Car Phone Holder. This product is not only ineffective but also poorly designed and constructed.The suction cup, which is the primary means of attaching the holder to your car, is utterly useless. Despite being advertised as "2024 Military-Grade," it fails to adhere to any surface, regardless of how clean or smooth it is. Even when it does manage to stick, it is incredibly unstable and prone to falling off at the slightest bump or vibration.The included round dashboard pad with adhesive is equally disappointing. It refuses to stick to the dashboard, no matter how many times I try to apply it. The adhesive is clearly weak and ineffective.I have tried multiple times to use this holder in different ways and on different surfaces, but nothing has worked. It is a complete waste of money and time. I cannot emphasize enough how disappointed I am with this product.I would not recommend this holder to anyone. It is a poorly designed and manufactured product that does not live up to its advertised claims. I believe that it deserves a rating of zero stars, as it is completely useless and has caused me nothing but frustration.
