I’ve had quite a few less expensive auto watering bottles and this one is by far the prettiest. It looks great in my home and I love that it has a stopper to prevent water from leaking out when it placed in the base. The base comes out easily for cleaning. My cats and dog love it.

My pair of 2 yo cat sisters thunder around the house and bang into things, like the tray holding water bowls, and end up spilling water on the floor. So I bought this sturdy watering system with a large capacity tank and little steadying feet. Works great. Now if I could only get them to stop dipping their feet into the water.

The nozzle is not long enough to reach the floor of the water bowl. The item description shows a photo of a longer nozzle and also indicates that this version has been optimized, so no need for the number 3 fitted filter as pictured. Looks like they are still selling the unoptimized version which needs that filter. This looks like the issue I am having and I’ve seen another reviewer with the same problem. I have searched for the company’s customer service to resolve this issue, but there is none listed, just Amazon returns. The product would be great if it worked. All I need is the correct lid with the correct size nozzle, it’s an important part of the product. Since I can’t reach out to the company, my hopes is they will reach out to me and offer to replace the lid, otherwise I’ll have to return.

We returned this product because according to the instructions it was missing a piece, then had the same experience again with the second package. It does seem to work though bowl doesn’t fill completely. OK product now a little small for big dogs (got largest one).

I love the aluminum bowl. It comes out easily for cleaning and you can remove the water tank with no spilling to clean the bowl in between fillings!

This product works great! I have had issues with others where the water doesn't come out like it should or when you're placing the jug back on top full of water the water gets all over the place. Well, this one puts an end to all that stress and mess. It also looks really nice.

Although the product is nice and seems like it would work good, the pictures show multiple large dogs with the water bowl including a great dane. I have a great dane and my dogs head is literally bigger than the watering bowl. Returned because it is useless to me.

I love this product. not only is it a modern and clean look it keeps the pups hydrated. I use to fill their water bowls multiple times a day and they would still run out of water. Now I don’t have to worry about them during the day.Great price, great size, easy to put together and water stays cool with the filters. (Filters cost extra but are worth the spend)Would absolutely buy again.
