I don't know, but it fits small I know that. I wear a 7 3/8 fitted hat, and even though it's adjustable, it doesn't cover the sides of your head very far.

I suffered many sleepless nights over the same dilemma, buy a hat that does not have the adjustable strap. I also suggest you dont wear socks out in the rain.
