Holds good and is strong and steady. Great for when I'm on the porch.

I attached this to my bedside table. It keeps you from having to hold your phone. And it easily turns in all directions.

I'd say it's very well made, but that part came broken, I don't know what kind of material it is, but I don't live in the US so I don't think it's easy for me to get, does anyone know the name of it so I can order it? Or can the company please send me a replacement? Because it won't hold my phone still and I'm guessing it's because of that.

I just got this, it secures nicely to the headboard but once I put my cellphone on it the neck drops it right down to the bed. I spent over a hour messing with the neck trying different ways to strengthen it but ever time I'd think it was good I'd alter the angle so it in better view and it drops down again.Very disappointed in it's failure to hold up my phone. Basically bought a $20 phone kickstand since it just rests on the mattress anyways

• Gooseneck is not flexible as shown in the picture.• Gooseneck barely holds the weight of a small cell phone. Product does not hold the weight of the phone if you mount it side ways.• Phone mounting clip is very weak also.Barely holds the weight of the phone.• The mounting bracket is too short/small.The cheap rubbers on the bracket move around/peel off when you try to tighten the mount. They still move even after locking them.• Screw on the mount is very hard to turn since it is too close to the gooseneck rod.• Overall quality is very cheap and heavy.This product is expensive for it's quality.Any cheap phone mount would do the same.Nothing matches the expectation nor the price.

This phone holder works. However, I do wish the gooseneck was stronger/stiffer. I have an S23 Ultra with a case which combined is pretty heavy. Therefore, this gooseneck holder would not be strong enough to hold up my phone sometimes. I was able to adjust it in certain ways to get it to hold but this isn't very convenient. However, for those with smaller, lighter phones, this should be just fine.

Pros: - Ready to use right out of the box, no assembly required - Stand cable is very strong and flexible, supports a phone without drooping at all (great for video calls to avoid arm fatigue) - Secure if clamped onto a flat surface (cannot attach to non-flat surfaces due to design)Cons: - Takes a lot of strength to adjust the cable's curve, may not be suitable for folks who need this as a way to make using a smartphone more accessible and/or have limited physical strength
