This pillow is soft, very comforting and supportive for the neck. It is a little bit on the heavy side, not very thick, but good quality. Washable two pillowcases.

This has been out of box for 24 hours and is only 2-1/2 thick". It did not expand to 5-1/2" as advertised. It is thin and hard and would hurt your neck if you tried to use it. I wish I would have read the 20% bad reviews. Very poor quality. I expect better from Amazon. Amazon should rethink selling this inferior product. "5.51" WRONG, "soft as marshmallow" WRONG. At least Amazon offers a 30 day refund.Look at my pictures, and see if you think this is the same pillow or if this is the pillow you want. As a results, I would NEVER buy a SeasonWind product again.

Bought two of these and unpacked them within minutes of receiving. Expected them to start expanding immediately, but nothing. It's been about 6 hours a now and they're only 2 inches thick and very dense. I'll give them 3 days and if they don't come up to described thickness, I'll be returning them. Will update review then.Update: it took several days, but the pillows finally expanded to nominal size. They still need to lose their odor.Update 2: Still smell pretty strongly. Will hang outside for a week and see what happens.

These are a bit small and not very dense.. kind of floppy. Should be of a heavier quality. But ok otherwise.

I have neck problem and this pillow have been the medicina for not more pain, great neck support no to hard not to soft just right, the size is perfect to sleep in any position, grea quality

I like the softness but pretty thin. Two stacked on top of each other would be great!

My mother is very sensitive about sleeping, she said that she was not satisfied even though she had bought expensive pillows before. We bought this pillow recently but she said that she liked it very much after she started using it. I guarantee that those who like low pillows will love it as it allows air to pass through.
