I’m 6’4” tall, 205 lbs. These fit very tight in the package area-quite constricting. I normally wear a large in most American men’s thong sizes. My favorite are N2N Bodywear brand, size Large. If these were available in XL, I would have bought those instead. The material quality and finish are very good, though.

Wife purchased for me. I don't normally buy something like this. She asked me to try them on and just fit them. I did and it was fine. When she asked me to show her friend so they could buy their husband I was reluctant. I did and they were impressed. Hope the husband like these. I recommend them.

These are sooo small its not even funny. I bought a large (largest size available) which is typically my size. These are for a 12 year old asian boy.

The sizing is inaccurate…whatever size you normally wear bump it one…my waist is 32” and this time I ordered an XL which fits great…comfortable materials good pricing, good shipping time…highly recommend these.
