I bought this not too long ago and it’s already not working. It doesn’t turn on. Also, another thing is you have to constantly refill the water for the air conditioning. So when you’re sleeping, it’s not really convenient. As well as it randomly started leaking on me from the very bottom and my carpet in my bedroom was getting absolutely soaked. I started having to wrap towels around the base so it didn’t soak my floors. I don’t know if they’re all like this or I got a defective one.

The media could not be loaded. Why is it so loud? It’s cooling very well but it is very loud.

It’s a fan. The cooling system is a joke.

Firstly, the manual doesn't even come with much instructions on how to set up the tubes that are in the tank and the black box thing in the tank.I had to put all 6 ice boxes in the water for it to feel even close to cool.I live in Jamaica and it's very hot here and I thought this would be a good alternative to using the AC in the day and I regret my purchase very much.It's basically a regular fan which is really disappointing.

Hasn’t even been a year and it stopped working.

I just turned on the fan and put the little blue boxes in the freezer to chill. I notice the box for the water and ice also contains an electrical thing which is a black square attached to an electrical cord. I don't want to mix electricity and water and I find no customer service number to call for guidance. WHAT TO DO?

Unfortunately I had to return this item because when using the cooling setting, the water started pouring out from the bottom and onto the floor of my new workspace.

Came with the wrong stand, the ice does nothing, and it’s worse quality than a regular fan. Would not recommend.
