Terrible.
Out of the box it leaked from every joint, and the screw holding the handle fell out within minutes. The materials appear skookum enough, but the assembly was god awful. I'll be avoiding everything produced by this company and advise others to do the same.

It leaked after using it twice. The fitting part leaks

Excellent quality and price.
This is a great product and the price is excellent. I did have some issues with the shut off valve. It will fall off.However, after I put some lock-tight on the screw, I have not had another problem with it and I will definitely be ordering more and keep them in stock for my business. Also, the shipping and packaging was excellent.

Broke first time use
I purchased this valve to go onto power washer I have several different attachments. I wanted the valve to shut the water off so not to go back to the hose and waste time I received the valve it looked sturdy. I tried my attachments in it before hooking it up and trying it all of them fit nicely and snug. First time trying on the pressure yes it shut the water off. Put a new attachment on turn the water back on. It blew the attachment right off. . I shut the power out and the water off. Tried the valve with the attachments again put each attachment in the valve and they were all loose. Something came loose broke or snapped inside the valve.. I did return to Amazon and they refunded money. I purchased different valve from different company yet to receive.. also I did only have a homeowner power. Washer was only 2500 psi

both valves cannot be operated after 3000 psi.
Both valves leaked at 3000 psi pulled both apart resealed at 3500psi the valves are almost imposable to operate open or close. not a good product. completely dissatisfied.
