No faults at all. Small birds find it easy to access, larger birds try but do spill the nuts and seeds as they flap from a side.

The roof keeps your nuts dry, and the tray stops them dropping.However can no longer get woodpecker as they are too big.

This feeder is very sturdy.Easy to fill from the top u just unscrew the dome it got two metal mesh compartments which are very strong ive got mealworms in one side and seed in the other side. The dome roof overhangs so keeps the food dry also there is drainage holes. Just a small thing i wish the hook was a little longer as i find it a little awkward putting it on my feeding station hook.Iam still very happy with feeder.

This bird feeder is beautiful. Sturdy metal mesh , two section seed compartment. The diamond shape mesh is smooth & easy access for birds of all sizes. One side has small metal mesh which is great for thistle & small seed mix. The other side has a larger mesh which will accommodate large seeds & nuts. The tray around the bottom is sufficiently wide enough to contain seeds that spill out. The clear dome is heavy duty plastic that is wider that the bottom tray, ensuring seeds will stay dry in average rain. I like the oversized, thick hanger loop. Please be aware, due to the substantial width of the dome, if you are planning on hanging this on a shepherds hook you will need to angle the stake and/or use an extender. As is, it’s perfect for hanging from a tree or overhang hook.This is a beautiful gift for any backyard bird lover.Superior quality & reasonable priced.

Ich habe schon einige Futterhäuschen getestet, aber dieses ist bisher das beste. Das Futter bleibt auch bei starken Regen trocken und auch bei Wind bleibt das Futter in der Schale. Die Vögel können das Futter gut erreichen und es gibt keine Platzprobleme.

I ended up buying two. Love that it takes two sizes of food ; sunflower on one side and hulled sunflower on the other. Our American finch and chickadees are constantly feeding. The roof overhang is nice for rainy days and the gap between the roof and floor of feeder is too small for bigger birds thus just the little birds get the feed. Roof also stops the squirrel as acts like a baffle. This is a well made product and I would definitely recommend them for back yard bird enthusiasts.Good quality - packaged well and prompt delivery as always from Amazon. Thanks

This is a very nice birdfeeder, the plastic seems to be sturdy. The metal is good and I love that the part that screws in the top is metal and not plastic so it will not break and then your left without a birdfeeder. It has two separate areas. I like that because I put sunflower seeds in one side and regular birdseed in the other, this is much nicer than the long skinny birdfeeders I’ve had before and the rain would clog up the birdfeeder. This has drain holes and a huge cover which I think is going to be really nice. Very happy so far with my purchase just put it out yesterday birds on it today. I’m pretty sure I’m gonna buy another one because this morning there was too many birds out there trying to get food.
